How so? Do you think that by broadening the compensation criteria, you could get more flexibility by the corps?

I don't agree this is trying to turn the clock back. As you say the death of unions won't be changed by this policy. But the WalMart effect might be reduced... maybe a more level playing field for a family business?

I'm all ears. But it's got to be "doable".

Can you think of any other downsides besides making companies alike (with better compensation)?

PS One mistake is that it's not revenue neutral. If the larger companies score worse, their tax penalty, in absolute terms, would be much larger than the companies that score better. Have to think on how to resolve that.
