I agree, they have to stall on implementing the draft until after the 2006 elections. The republicans are praying they'll maintain their majority in Congress after 2006 but with the American mood darkening daily that's not likely. They have to realign troops to be able to send more to Iraq where they'll tragically get their limbs blown off or come home in a secret box.
