Okay, I would agree that vaccines have been quite helpful. I thought you were talking about drugs, in the sense of treating diseases, not preventing them.

I have a valid, if totally different, approach than you do to posting articles. I think people should just skim them if they feel like, and perhaps they will find something of value. Or not! I will often skim something that is posted, but not bother to click on a url, and I have to assume that some others feel the same way.

My understanding of copyright law (at least as it is observed at SI) is that it is permissible to post the entire article if you include a url. Since this is done all over SI and the administrators have not said anything contrary, I will assume this is okay unless they issue a different standard, which I would then follow, since I am a generally respectful person.
