Re: The words fubar and snafu spring to mind. I wonder which guys thought those up. seems normal to me.

Huh? "Seems normal to you?" Good grief, have you lost your grip on reality completely?

No, we are not living in normal times. My father, 82 years old now, was in the U.S. Navy when "fubar" and "snafu" were invented. According to him, and according to my own reading of history, the insanely devious and mendacious military of today is nothing like what it was back in the Second World War. The only hint of what was to come was the extreme violence against civilians that the U.S. military began to exhibit in 1945. And my father and the men he served with had nothing whatsoever to do with the vicious and unnecessary crimes of the likes of Gen. Curtis LeMay.

The U.S. military of today is alienated from the general public. It produces nothing but 24/7 propaganda and lies, vast waste of the public treasury and suffering and death on an industrial scale. This is not civilization, it is the antithesis thereof. The U.S. military occupation is the act of a zombie nation being lead by a megalomaniacal cabal of criminals.

If this seems normal to you, you really are insane.
