i find the light in my led flash light even better than a regular flash light. It is small, compact and holds eight led's. battery is good for ten years. or ten hours of continuous use. bought it after last big storm warning and six of my flashlights were out of batteries or bulb burnt out or bulb broke as someone may have dropped it.

Certainly the traffic lights give brighter light and almost never need replacement. the savings in maintenance of bulbs more than offsets the cost of the led traffic light.
