You quoted the Atlas Mining Company 10QSB which reads:
"The Company has the option to purchase the mine for $500,000 at anytime, or when it sells $1,000,000 of product from the mine during a twelve month period." I am not sure what that is suppose to mean, but I believe the correct reading is in the
the 10KSB for year end 2004. It reads:
"Under the terms of the lease agreement, we have the right to renew the lease annually in exchange for 100,000 additional shares of our common stock, or we may buy the property for $500,000 if we have $1,000,000 in sales from the mine in a 12-month period."
The Cheater Mining web site does not confirm an option in the lease agreement to purchase the Dragon Mine.
