totally agree with you: we have and set a high standard for treating prisoners BUT we must also train our guards. Think of those bully in your old time at school : are teachers and principal want them in their school - no. But they have to deal with them and work with their parents to correct them.

Our treatment of prisoners should be a paragon to the world and anyone who accepts less just doesn't get it.

Perhaps you can name some country somewhere on this planet that treats prisoners better.
