Do these stocks trade on the pink sheets or bulletin boards?

I tried to do my market maker routine yesterday. The market was $5.47 bid $5.49 offered when it opened, so I bid $5.48 for 500 shares and offered $5.48 for 500 shares, and evidently 1,200 shares were sold at $5.48, but I didn't get to sell any. On Nasdaq, they are legally required to honor the first bid entered if the price is equal.

I've tried again today by pipping the market makers by a penny on both sides, but I think they've caught on.
