hi eric, thanks for your detailed reply. i appreciate the information that you found on the klispch company. after reading your post i wish we could have invested in the company, especially around the year 2000. harmon international is another audio equipment company that has done well lately. my receiver is a harman/kardon. i really wanted a mcintosh amp with a tuner, but couldn't afford it at the time. i have been relatively satisfied, but my klipsch really deserve better input. now i have another product on my long wish list!! mike
