only know about the cost figures discussed on tv show this morning. they said about 50/50% and cost was in billions for penn. I expect these costs are not including hospitals and private insurred as they only discussed medicaid budget. i assume this money going out of fed and state gov. budgets.. if not enough then additional coverage is coming from somewhere. the point .. they expect a 35% increase in medicaid budget in ten or more years or a billion more dollars just for pa.
