I won't bother to try to refute you, you are looking for an argument, not an answer. That's not the case. I have learned the hard way that there is no way to reason folks out of their knee-jerk reactions, particularly when in a herd, so I no longer try. What I have been trying to do today is elicit from those among us whose brains are not irretrievably wired to their knees a plausible rationale for a censure and have gotten some tentative results. Perhaps you noticed that I conspicuously declined to engage any of the flailing knees the first couple of days of this topic. I simply thought today that, what with the talk of censure and having had a couple of days to reflect, some of the cooler heads might have a good sense of what the censure specifications might be, should they exist. I won't bother to try to refute you Not to worry. If I thought you have a refutation I would be interested but I'm not interested in naked claims. [Note that my comments to you on the substance of this have bracketed asides.]
