Ted, Really? What kinds of things and when did they start [in terms mileage]? Couple of problems with electrical accessories (power windows, temperature sensor), sunroof rail broken, and one time when the engine didn't start. Called the towing guy, only to find that the car started once he got there. All but the last problem were fixed under warranty. The last one still stumps me. By BMW standards, you got a lemon. ;~) I just remembered one more thing........I have stick on the console [automatic] and the material around the stick that slides back and forth as you shift got screwed up and had to be replaced. Otherwise, the car runs like a charm and not anything I experienced with a new GM car.....the Buick Reatta. And of course, like you said, driving a beamer is incredible......and the turning radius is not to be rivaled. ted
