Paul, if price can come up to your entry, it would validate the set up.

My only concern, if the trade triggers, is the price target. Take a look at a weekly chart and you will see a long topping tail which indicates plenty of supply willing to come to market when price gets close to $4.00.

I would use a trailing stop in the event that supply continues to show its face.
