Are you denying that you were kicked off SI for threatening to injure me physically? A sincere apology that does not blame the victim would go a long way to showing this thread that you are more than just a big talker. It's apparent from your last few posts to RD that you wouldn't know a circular argument if it came around and bit you on the behind. If rights are "inalienable" then they are by definition <<<incapable of being repudiated or transferred to another>>> and <<<not subject to forfeiture; "an unforfeitable right">>> Human rights In Canada and the US (or anywhere else for that matter) are not "granted" by the Government, or by Kings and Queens or even you. They are an intrinsic part of being Human. All one needs to qualify for Human rights is to be a Human. The unborn are most certainly Human and are so from the moment of conception. Your arbitrary non-person arguments have been weighed and found wanting for Blacks, Asians, Women, Children, and Slaves. Soon, society will recognize (not grant) the rights of the unborn as well. Wake up and join the rest of the Human race.
