Multiply the percentage of net worth by the beta which you can get from Yahoo or wherever (or assume say 1 for a very diverse mutual fund) and add them all up. Then you have an estimate of how many percent the portfolio will go up or down for a 1% move in the SP500 or whatever the market benchmark is. So zero means that the portfolio has zero correlation to the market. But it can still move :)
