Liar. Clinton was cleared of ALL charges in Whitewater. Everything. The mountain of rightwing propaganda spewed out during that big smear campaign was comparable to the smearvets. They threw in everything plus the kitchen sink, almost none of it true.

It was no surprise Bill had sex outside marriage. He had been doing that for more than 15 years. He was elected twice despite that and did a great job.
