the only mark i carry in my right hand and in my forehead is the sign of the cross. for Orthodox Christians touch their right hand to their forehead and say, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, amen.

I don't need a tutorial. I grew up doing the sign of the cross.
