Note, in regard to worries about eventually having to repay the debt: < Our guess is that should the RMB be floated, it will tank downward (need for printing, financial system soundness, outlet for surplus domestic savings, etc); and Remember, the Chinese invented both the paper money as well as the printing press. > quoth TJ. worldmarket.blogspot.com While the USA didn't invent paper money, they did invent pixelated money and pixelation processes are even faster than printing money. 00000000000000000000 in a second I added all those zeroes. Doing them by manual typesetting is much slower. As you can see, the debt really isn't that big a deal. Meanwhile, QUALCOMM, Microsoft, Oracle and others building the USA empire are bringing everyone on Earth inside the USA financial event horizon where the olde financial laws change due to financial relativity theory and quantum law effects come into play. Or, to look at it another way, they are coming into MY financial event horizon as I colonize the world from way down here in NZ. I hire QCOM engineers in the USA [emigrated from Iran, Russia etc], software designers in India [outsourced from Bangalore], ASIC foundries here and there, who deliver ASICs, software, and intellectual property, to cyberphone designers and producers in Japan, Korea, China, USA, Finland. They pay a royalty and sell the phones to service providers around the world, who sell to subscribers. The money flows back upstream from the subscribers, with a pleasant stream running into my little pond. Some of which I then channel out to people who provide fuel, cars, food, clothing and so on. The rest of which I use to hire people to do other whizzbang great 21st century things. Don't worry, be happy. Mqurice
