I agree completely. There are significant environmental factors. My girl is 10 days old and I'm already holding her while I learn a page of talmud out loud. Then again she also hears me and my wife discussing science (both of us did our grad work at MIT). Kids pick this stuff up, nerve connections notwithstanding.
