Personally, I see his Spiral method as having subjectiveness in it's use. I say this because one has to view what it is saying vs rigid mechanical methods.

I designed the software that he is using and to be honest I don't use it my trading. My issue is, the ratio of the chart, all my studies with it used varying ratios and I got varying results. Since then I have yet to have time to pick it back up and try it.

I really don't care if the Euro breaks down or not, since I'm not trading it, and what its effect will be on the market will be indicated in price. One can always blame something on why the market went this way or that way, in the end all that matters is price IMO.

Jack of All Trades is correct, he created the software on the spiral, which I'm now using... I've been using a transparency before that, or just eyeballing the charts, but with his software, it helps to see other aspects of the spiral's use that weren't even considered before... I think the fork is also very real, but the spiral seems to add another dimension to the charts by showing how very closely tied the component of time is to price... price measures distance, so as they say that time and distance are one, so it is that time and price are one...
