Shades Hey dude! Sounds like you have been busy. Getting into the landlord business? Sounds good. One thing you should be able to shelter some income that way. I wondered where you went.

Yeah, Phil is just as wild as ever and is still making life miserable for the local stockbrokers and planners. You know the brokers and planners are as thick as flies over at Sarasota and the pair of planners that come on right after Phil on 1250 have to mention him every day but not by name. I think they are scared of him. I'm pretty sure they all work out of the same studio, but they may actually run their shows from their own offices. Lots of these radio guys do today.

I see Phil bought BUD again today at 46.54. That gives him a fifteen cent gain and that just could be as good as it gets. Yikes, look at that chart. I just can't imagine a more unhopeful looking trade. I have a neighbor who is a banker and the other day I tuned Phil in for him to listen. He just could not believe it! I still love to listen to him because lots of what he says is the absolute truth. Just be careful with his (or anybody elses) stock picks. I see he bought LUV today. That one looks awful too, but if oil fell then LUV might do well. Worth watching.

Yeah, I loaded up on a bunch of energy stocks a few days ago. I missed about half the move so far but I am still nervously holding. I like these energy trusts for these type moves, SJT, PBT, EENC, HGT ect. Seems you can get out of them easier than the drillers, ect. and they pay big divvies so if you can hold em for a while you profit.

I just shorted the QQQQ. Not a big position, but I will add if it starts going my way. Seems to me its time for a pull back. I'm not expecting a big move, maybe to 36.75.

Anyway, welcome back and stay in touch.
