Being about 51 years old myslef, and having voted for Schmidt (as I recall the spelling?) for President in '72, and having read a ton of left-wing AND right-wing propaganda in my college years, I can assure you the name of the "head of the GOP" never stuck in my very politically minded crawl. I, as I am confident is true of vast #'s of Americans my age who lived through Watergate, never took notice of the name BUSH until Sr. ran against Reagan. Betcha you take a poll and find out how right I am about this, not to mention the General your site likes to quote, who agrees with me, so it seems. Dan b.
