After four years, what could they possibly be learning from these people that's worth degrading our democratic principles to this extent? Mind boggling.

Well don't you think most of this "interrogation" took place in the first 3-6 months of detention? I highly doubt (but of course, have no idea) that any of this stuff still goes on.

But you don't know, do you? They could be torturing the crap out of people and you wouldn't know.
