Hey everybody. I found this article that may explain (somewhat) why we are not getting a response from NNOS IR. I believe NNOS has had some problems with message boarders slamming the company and passing false info in the past. I am only posting resolution 7 as it relates to the present issue. NanoSignal held a special meeting of the board of directors on Nov. 23, 2004; The following resolutions were adopted: 7. The board of directors wishes to remind shareholders that any information regarding the company's affairs will only be provided through formal press releases and/or written company documents. Postings on the public message boards should be considered only rumor and speculation, and are not sanctioned by any officer or director of the company. On a personal note: I try to determine what is fact from what is perception. It is easy to perceive that NNOS is not legit based on messageboards, bad IR, etc. IMHO, I believe their product is for real, they have good strategic alliances set up, and seem very focused on moving the company forward and realizing substantial ROI, for themselves and investors, when they deploy.
