ahem, you just threatened to sue me in CA

Also, what about the CA attorney cease and desist or else letter? You had a company insider who also happens to be an attorney who resides in CA send me the cease and desist or else letter. That's threatening to sue me in CA. You also posted it on the boards that you'll sue me in CA if necessary.

This is what the lawsuit was like, round and round, tons of bull flying. Every time she'd file a motion it'd be literally an inch thick. She'd take one law and twist it so that it was unrecognizable then try to apply it to some completely different legal argument. A few times I had no idea what she was suing for.

She also sued me for securities fraud. She basically stated that I caused the share price to go down and she lost money. Then she said I caused her business to fail so she was forced to sell shares for less than the original value of the shares she got in exchange for promotion. They were restricted and locked up. She couldn't have sold sooner. In all honesty if she'd held onto the shares the price would have just gone MUCH lower. Then she stated that she listened to my stock "advice" and sold and lost money. If she did that, I would have saved her money. She didn't make any sense, still doesn't.
