Oh come on, Bill! Your argument is not totally logical. Did you ever drive stoned? I remember following your posts around at some point and remember one where you acknowledged that you used marijuana in college.

People who are high on marijuana ARE less coordinated and have more distorted sensory and time perception than those who are not impaired by drugs. That is why they drive more slowly and cautiously--to compensate. That does not make them reckless or fast or dangerous drivers.
