For someone so willing to defend every war crime committed by the gov't, you don't know much about the particulars. You and others here incorrectly assume that asking for more information about claimed events implies denial of those events. It doesn't. If someone discusses the torture going on at Gitmo, don't you think its reasonable to ask whether they are talking about events which occurred two years ago, or events which occurred yesterday? I'm not defending any war crime. I'm trying to see if the accusers really know what they are accusing the US government of. The burden of proof is on the prosecution, if you are alleging a crime its your job to convince the layman (me or whoever) of it. The previous request for more information about the US sending detainees to foreign countries produced a ridiculous claim (called research by the poster) that the CIA and Syria are cooperating in torturing detainees for the US's benefit. In other words, the support for the claim (at least in the article provided) was COMPLETE CRAP. If pointing out that your evidence is crap bothers you, don't advocate your points in public.
