21 day EMA of the EPC remains very high at 0.73.

Other than the VIX, my sentimeters are all pointing to an upwards move. Many charts are ambiguous in the near-term though. For example since May 23rd the DOW is in extremely thick jell-O which is sloping up and looks like it needs a little flush.
