That's true about Byrd....But he's so old, he's probably the only one left that actually was a KKK and still in the Senate. I've wondered if there was a Republican who was in the KKK, would he be still in the Senate or House like Byrd is.... My guess is no...not only no, but h*ll no. Different standards for different parties, I guess. It would appear that the Democrats don't think it is anything to be ashamed of, and they continue to keep Byrd in.... Some of the people have either forgotten, or never paid any attention to, The Golden Rule. We are seeing that every day, and all around us.
