Ted, The definition of warlike straight from Websters'......please note it says nothing about how many American soldiers were killed during WW II

Given today's standards, we would have had our soldiers pack up their bags and leave Europe the moment the casualty count hit 2,000. We would also be asking why FDR chose to fight a war in Europe when it was Japan who bombed Pearl Harbor.

Seems to me America has become a lot less tolerant of war, not more.
