I guess that is why kholt thinks the author is a nutjob.

Demonizing "the Left" or "the Right" as evil, depraved fiends who are unwilling to listen to reason and seek only to destroy is hyperbolic, polarizing, and not helpful.

Personally, I am getting very tired of it, regardless of the source.

In contrast, I look to people like Thomas P.M. Barnett and Ann Althouse, who shed far more light than heat.

Would that their like were more common.
