O'Neill's concerns turned out to be well founded in FACT. Remember FACTS? Bush did indeed declare an illegal, unilateral war on Iraq based on lies.

O'Neill: absolutely correct

Bush: absolute liar

You: still can't distinguish between regime change policy and WAR.

Remember, WAR is when you gather up people and send them out with guns to kill others. Regime Change Policy is when wonks sit around and think about teaching people about democracy.

One costs $356 BILLION to date and the other is capped at $100 million.

What WAR against Iraq can the US run for $100 Million? We spend more than that in half a day now.
