I think that tech is about to take off too. It has been out of favor for too long and they are starting to look like value plays. Time for a sector rotation.

On another note, I read that Bill Gross was predicting that the Fed would end its cycle of interest rate hikes by end of summer and would actually reverse course and start cutting rates by end of year. Hikes slowed down, that might also underpin and increase in the stock market.
