The rightwing is only about 17% of Americans. The ones who still approve of Tom Delay in the latest poll. 17% is too high IMHO. Those 17% ned to be reformed and cleansed of their nasty ways of thinking. Look at the mess they've gotten us into in Iraq for instance. This is proof they are not in connection with reality. In fact, they never were. and the dirty tricks, smears and fraud they use to win elections is not going to work anymore.
