Do you have reason to believe that we are doing that? I don't have any evidence of anything. It's been embargoed. Even the defendants are not allowed to know what the evidence against them is. That much is certain. In addition to the International Red Cross, Amnesty International, the ACLU, the UN is now demanding more information, and even they are being stonewalled, and if I recall correctly, the UN authorized the war in Afghanistan. Does the phrase "Catch-22" mean anything to you in this context? We took prisoners of war in WWII? Lots of them. Was that Kafkaesque? It's a pretty fair assumption that someone wearing the uniform of the German army or the Japanese army is a member of their armed forces, and needs to be held for the duration. Which do you prefer? Treat them on an individualized, case by case basis.
