Scalia should have dissented also. That was disappointing. The Marxists on the court never saw a power Stalin should not posess.

Correct.

With Thomas writing the most searing dissent about the Marijuana Case's mega-expansion of the commerce Clause... and O'Conner penning the memorable and searing dissent about the expansion of government 'taking' powers.

(IMO, O'Conner should be elevated as the next Chief Justice.)
