What we have is the worst of both worlds on the court. The pot case saw Scalia vote with the majority due to his morals not due to the merits of the case. This time more liberal members sided with big business against little guys and they are called "liberal" We need justices who honor the law and not ones swayed by personal beliefs. If people don't like the outcomes they should change the laws. How many conservative legislators are up in arms over these decisions? Almost none.
