Not one of us have ever said that prayer in public schools is acceptable. We're saying that prayer led by teachers and administrators paid by public schools shouldn't be leading it, and that the official school schedules shouldn't allot time for it. If a student wishes to pray in school or start a prayer club that isn't funded by the school, that's fine by me and I think the rest of us as well.
