I would have thought the previous poster is right if it were that only CSCO and MSFT exibited a parallel trading patern today. But, others (e.g. INTC) also followed the same trading patern. So, it seems that what happened today may not have anything to do with that funny guy. Anyway, because of that guy, I did sell CSCO today to end up catching a falling knife, HD. Ghassan.

Hedge funds (who are heavily short tech & telecom) again pushing up oil to keep stocks in check, IMO.
How many times have we seen a strong tech rally nipped in the bud by rising oil? ...and, how many times have we heard that the hedge funds are the ones that keep pushing up the price of oil, purely on 'technicals'? ..... always, just in time to stop a strong tech rally that could quickly ignite heavy short covering. Hmmmmmm.......
