The higher the liquidity of the market the better it works. It all comes down to the battle between buyers and sellers and the characteristic patterns that are traced out. I explained E-Wave and charting to my Mom in like 5 minutes :) It is pretty simple in the end. Which the puzzle then is why academic financial economists with relatively few exceptions don't buy into it. I think the exceptions are increasing though.
