IBM would have to be a 4, I suppose... so, yes, at some not too distant point this should have bullish implications... unless we get some pesky 5th with extensions... -g.

DD - I am not sure. It could be on the verge of a new impulse - after a low level consolidation. The fact that it is dipping into the 2003-04 range is a little suspicious. The snappy impulse since last summer may have been an all she said "C".

Edit - re: DD. Today's close, I see, was the first one under the 62% retracement level of that poss. C.... as well as under W4 of the impulse
