Thanks for bringing that tremendous piece here. First time I have seen the link between the dot.com bubble and the present RE bubble explained so lucidly.

Roach makes a point we should all keep in mind: The bigger the bubble, the bigger the fall.

I just wish he would give us some strategies on how best to prepare for the inevitable consequences of the bubble's bursting. Best I can do and have done is go to cash.
