Hope you are correct. While I dont own any property that anyone would likely want to condemn for a project, I think this decision stinks and having audited MANY developers in my lifetime I am VERY AWARE of the incredible governmental influence they have as they are constantly giving money to officials campaigns since they rely on the govt so much for zoning and all. The LITTLE guy is going to get steam rollered cause he cant afford the attorneys to fight it EVEN if he is in the right. jdn
