At least he captured the ones responsible. Where are Osama and Mullah Omar? They don't seem to be in Iraq.

Clinton had a 24/7 Al Qaida desk, stopping the LAX Milennium bombing. Bush disbanded the Al Qaida desk when he came into power and did nothing about terrorism, never even mentioned the word until after 9-11. Neither did supposed "security advisor" Condi Rice. Al Qaida wasn't even on her radar. Bush also coddled top Saudis in the country, called the FBI off them and made sure they got out of the country safely after 9-11 without being questioned. I could go on, but you get the idea. Bush has also created more terrorists since 9-11 that he has destroyed despite spending something around a trillion bucks and about 1600 American lives.
