You've already conceded my sole, narrow argument, which is that the detainees cannot be held indefinitely, but are entitled to a review and that the review will entail fundamental due process.

Whether there is ultimately access to US courts for habeas corpus review of the Combat Status Review Tribunal would be an interesting argument.

The argument about mint tea and so forth is just silly, as is the "full panoply" argument. (As was the Johnnie Cochran argument but at least Kholt is not a lawyer.)
