Firms like Russell Reynolds and Heidrick and Struggles would have done EXTENSIVE background checks on Bush and they would have talked with folks that have worked with him over the years. It's quite clear that Mr. Bush does NOT have what it takes to be a worldclass CEO -- he would NOT be able to run a major U.S. corporation honestly or successfully. Opinions are like a##h*les.....everybody's got one...
