The article states very clearly that the world hates the current US administration. My point is there is a big distinction between the US administration and the United States the country, society, culture, what have you. But the article title was U.S. Image Abroad Still Sinking which sounds like people don't like anything about the US. I agree that there is a distinction. However, that distinction has become blurred since 2004 when Americans re elected Bush with some vigor. Americans had a chance to set things right and they didn't.
