As your figures show Clinton had us pointing in the right direction. Since the end of WW2 how many republican presidents have had a surplus during even one year of his presidency. How many dems. Answers are 0 and 2. End of story.

Clinton gave us two years of real surpluses and one year of breakeven his last three years. See the CBO numbers below. You can see that the longer Clinton's programs ran the better off we were. He had totally turned around deficit spending and started giving us surpluses. They were projected to be in the trillions within a few years. So what did Bush do? Reversed direction completely, slashed taxes for the rich and started the biggest deficits in our history.

And remember, Bush's budgets never include war costs. One more big fraud perped on the public. They say 350 deficit but don't include war costs. Why not? Like that money isn't real?

Study the CBO numbers again. cbo.gov You'll see CLinton's last 4 years were growing surplus years with much more projected in following years. Until Bush got ahold of our economy,
