If you check the extended hours activity on Cramers stocks, you would readily see a Cramer effect whilst his show is in progress. This was especially evident in his change of position from buy to sell on Zimmer recently. Interestingly, it was small for McDonald, perhaps because he did not recommend a sell; just be prepared for a bad Monday in resteraunt stocks because of the new mad cow finding.
I am surprised that it would move stocks with the market cap of MSFT and CSCO.
