Not looking at the tape, but there was huge volume in the last 10 minutes of trading in lots of little companies. I think that all of it has to do with the Russell rebalancing. With all the new shares issued in the last year, ACAD would get a bigger part of the index. Plus Russell is putting in a new micro-cap index, that is helping small cap/ low volume stocks.
